Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services across Kochi and Ernakulam. Please use our pin code checker on the product page to verify if we deliver to your specific location before placing an order.
2. Delivery Slots and Timing
To ensure your gifts arrive fresh and on time, we offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery: Available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. While we strive to meet specific time requests, these are not guaranteed for standard shipping.

Midnight Delivery: Perfect for surprises! These deliveries occur between 11:30 PM and 12:15 AM. Please ensure the recipient is available and the contact number is reachable.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance from our kitchen/distribution center and the type of delivery slot selected.
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed clearly at the checkout page before payment.
4. Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before  4:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product availability.
For custom or designer cakes, we typically require a lead time of 24 hours].
5. Delivery Attempts and Re-routing
Since our products are perishable, we only make one delivery attempt.
If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the order with a neighbor or at a security desk, provided it is safe to do so.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, a locked premises, or the recipient being unreachable, the order will be returned to our facility.
Note: Redelivery in such cases will incur an additional shipping charge, and we cannot guarantee the freshness of the product for a second attempt.
6. Damaged Items
We take immense care in packaging and transporting our cakes. However, if your order arrives damaged, please:
Inspect the item at the time of delivery.
Report the damage immediately to the delivery executive.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS or email notification with the contact details of the delivery partner or a tracking link.
